The Artist behind the Nightmares
Skal My Brothers and Sisters!
For those whom may not know me personally, my name is Ashleigh. I’m a photographer, a custom mosaic artist, as well as a mixed-media artist. I’ve been working with my art for most of my life; however, I’ve finally found peace somewhere between gothic alchemy and the wildness of a restless soul— which has been rooted in the quiet devotion for my family, animals, and yet, the beautiful unknown….
My world is filled with Viking and Witchy rituals, nocturnal beauty, and a fascination with the things that live in the shadows. I pour those influences into glasswork, creating mosaics that don’t simply capture light—I transform it, fracture it, and surrender it to the dark as well as the light.
Each piece of mine is born from grit, intuition, and a deep desire to find beauty in what has been broken. Jagged edges become intentional. Fragments become something whole. And Light finds its way through the cracks.
What I create is more than just glass; each piece is a haunted transmission from my subconscious into your home—a little relic of darkness or light, transformation, and wonder.
So to all whom have found their way to my beautiful mind and artistic creations…welcome and remember to always “Find Beauty in the Darkness.”
The Art of my Nightmare
My mosaics and artwork are a sanctuary for the unconventional. I believe beauty can be found in the fractured, broken and darkness where many dare not to venture. Every mosaic I create is a meticulous exploration of texture, light, and pure emotion of individual pieces all coming together to form a single, haunting narrative.
